Topic	The country is screwed up to have Vice Presidents make a tie-breaking vote.

The vice president on a tie-breaker would always vote under the president's interest. It's a complete asinine approach to the whole thing. When it comes to something like this, I'd rather the Supreme Court or someone make the final decision instead. Sure, they might be mostly Republican at this point, but there'd be less chance of bias on these ridiculous nominations or ideas passing by. I dunno.
