Finally, Antoquan Watson dropped to the ground when his blood pressure zeroed out. Dude literally stood up through a hail of bullets thanks to Alcohol and PCP and only went down because he bled out while standing up. That's insane. PCP does some wacky shit to you. If they had tried tasing him, it wouldn't have even affected him... He was as good as dead long before he went down... He just didn't know it... But officers are trained to continue shooting until there is a radical change in the target's behavior.
