They definitely fucked up in a lot of areas, I had to swear myself off the multiplayer because it was a buggy, laggy piece of crap and that's no exaggeration. But it is still Mass Effect and I'm sad I don't get to say goodbye to the characters in a proper way. When the credits were rolling for me, there was still the possibility of another two sequels, let alone the obvious DLC potential going by previous BioWare titles.
