There was a case a while back where some people out in the country shot and killed an agent that entered their property without a warrant. Then they put up photos of the body at the front of their property with a warning not to enter without a warrant. They weren't convicted of a crime in the shooting death and the courts even upheld their right to keep the photos up. I'd post a link but couldn't find it due to the common search terms.

But in most cases you'd probably be screwed regardless of what the law says.
