Looks-wise, Shinka is another cute anime girl. Not much to say about this other than that at one point she wants to not be recognized by her classmates, so she dyes her hair black. That’s possibly the worst attempt at disguising yourself outside of Jessie and James on Pokemon. Personality-wise, she pretends to be cute and bubbly, which are personality traits that already kind of annoy me, but in private is more bitter and irritable. Still, she’s ultimately a kindhearted person and will do what’s necessary to help others, unlike some waifus below her on the list. PWC-wise, I’m really deriving the entire semi-high score from a line in the Wiki that “she’s enthusiastic when it comes to romance.” Overall, she’s a decent enough waifu. --- Not changing this sig until I decide to change this sig.
