Yes, and in context is Larry referring to when people are there. That's what I would want as a follow up. If he means just literally washing the sidewalk he's an idiot. But if he's referring to when homeless are sleeping there...then it's more complicated
A fair point. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I've found historically if you're unironically using the phrase "microaggression" then it's probably the less reasonable interpretation.
