It's a defense mechanism designed to keep their fragile minds safe and free of so called microaggressions. Kind of like how an Ostrich buries it's head in the sand when it gets scared. It's funny because the only Conservative opinions that get modded are the ones that are actual hateful opinions. Like "gays are going to hell" or some shit like that. Now if I said "Conservatives are going to hell" I would not only have a moderation but 12 angry Conservatives as well. "We shouldn't have Obamacare" and "Trump should build a wall to keep out illegals" isn't getting modded. I can only assume everyone complaining has some prejudice against some group.
