Trump also didn't greet other kids when he came in. He only personally greeted the kid on the wheelchair and ignored the normal ones. Does Trump hate handicap kids or not....remains a mystery. True, but it seems like it wouldn't have taken him long to quickly shake the hand of the kid in the wheelchair again.
