She came back from the dead to inhabit a new body? She transferred her soul to another vessel? They do this in Wrestling all the time. Owning the character.. not the coming back from the dead. It is this guy named Scott Hall. When he was in the WWE he was called Razor Ramon. And his character was basically a copy of scar face. However when he went to another promotion he was not legally allowed to use that character. So it doesn't matter that Hall made the character famous , is the WWE came up with the idea they owned it . This isn't typical but they even sent out new guy to say he was Razor lol.
