My gf is from Guatemala and tells me that Mexico is significantly less welcoming to Guatemalans and Hondurans than the US is toward Mexicans. Maybe that's started to change recently though, I dunno. You are correct, Mexico isn't very welcoming, but that doesn't change that it is increasingly becoming a better place to immigrate to. Of course if the US decides to tank the Mexican economy with tariffs we could see more of those people immigrating to the US again. --- Congratulations to BKSheikah for winning the guru ...
