Topic	Washington state starts charginge sales tax on bottled water

Tap water in Eastern Washington isn't particularly good in my experience. Olympia has some of the best tap water in the world I've tasted. . Seattle is really good in most water districts, a few have funky tastes. That and old buildings/pipes in some areas.
