The marijuana must have affected the breast milk because that baby was calm and quiet most of the time. The parents of the father had a talk with her and their son. They both stopped smoking for some time after that. The baby is now grown to be as hyper and loud as any other toddler. Good for the baby. They certainly shouldn't be doing that.
