But just when all seems lost, Ellie brings up a convenient distraction. The school's out! Forever! Thanks, Ellie! Then Shirou provides a further distraction by telling Kasumi to go make lunch. Ren, recognizing a lifeline when he sees it, applies pressure on her too. SUCCESS! Crisis averted. Mostly. Briefly, Ren and Kei convene.
