yes. He doesn't say "cartoon character", but he does say "porn star" and porn stars are real human beings.

the first one ranges from women who have a ton of plastic surgery to those who have none but by the other two examples, is clearly referencing those who do, the ones with giant fake boobs.
the second is literally plastic.
the third's mainly in reference to editing and make up done to make them look better

Movie characters and porn stars can just as easily refer to real human women who are conventionally attractive, since the whole thing is about how is wife doesn't fit into that convention. He also references women on the cover of Cosmo, which again, are real human beings. Mannequin is the outlier here, and it's use is just to reinforce the "fakeness" of the conventionally attractive women he's deriding.
