His case is more nebulous than Dangerous Ariana's since he's literally called the Square-Enix CEO in the DLC so you can't even make the argument that it's merely a character based on or inspired by a real person (and no, Lopen's whole "he can't do all that stuff in real life so you can't say that's him" argument doesn't hold much water for me in this case because they changed nothing about his appearance and didn't give him a token background story or anything). It's a self-insertion akin to what bad fanfiction writers do.

I'd lean toward not allowing him because I don't consider the argument for inclusion to be the same as Dangerous Ariana's.

Ariana's backstory in FFBE is literally her life synopsis. Lopen's whole "black mage but not in real life" thing is the ONLY thing that even holds water.
