If we were looking at their current health, almost half of them would automatically lose on account of being dead.
More importantly, Trump today could still easily beat Obama and, if anything is ridiculous, it's that Obama is somehow leading despite being a tiny guy.
Even standing sideways, Trump makes Obama look like a child. Obama has an absurdly narrow shoulderspan for a so-called man. Even Michelle has a broader shoulderspan and, in all likelihood, bigger muscles.

What? Obama is at least an inch/1/2 inch taller than Trump. He is just a bean pole; lean and slender...not by any means 'little'.
