Nintendo, hands down.

Microsoft has never been all-in on games and Xbox has been a largely unprofitable brand (they didn't turn a net profit until partway through the 360's reign, and the One has been largely a flop). I think of the three they'd be the most likely to cut and run.

Sony's in an interesting place, given that their games division is popular and profitable, but the rest of the company is lacklustre. I don't think they'd ever willingly leave the console market, but I could see a scenario where the rest of the company drags the gaming division down with it (and as the Vita and the PS3's first couple of years showed, even Sony is prone to making some fantastically bad decisions with their brand).

Nintendo generally designs their consoles to be profitable out the box and their grip on the handheld market is more or less uncontested at the moment. Plus, unlike Sony and Microsoft, they don't have a secondary business to fall back on. They basically win by default.
