Not only was John shaft the only one w superpowers but he had the strongest superpower ever made/ the coolness factor. A power that allows you to defeat anyone cause you are more badass than them even if you have no logical right to win. Batman exhibited this in small quantities whenever he fights superman. But he's low level and not an 80s (or 70s) movie badass. Facts are facts though.
