How did you reach that conclusion? He did go back before elementary, just not in a school setting, because there's no data there. He explicitly talks about interests in a home setting when it comes to young children, and even provides a biological basis from which they stem. If you want to point out why those biological indicators don't say what he says they do, fine, but right now you're just dismissing that argument in favor of "I feel this way."
