IQ is a symmetrical bell curve for both men, and for women. so evenly distributed intelligence regardless of sex. the difference is (supposedly) that mens' bell curve is flatter and wider. so men have a higher tendency towards the extremes. this means that if you take all of the smartest (or dumbest) people in the world, the majority of them will be male.
