Going from really happy to saying I wanted to kill myself. Random mood swings to this day but it's not as bad anymore. I just think "this is all part of being bipolar best to just wait it out even though I feel so angry I want to destroy everything in sight" my girlfriend would tell me im bipolar but I would think she was joking. I would be really mean to her then really nice. At the time I hadn't really looked up what bipolar even was. Then I got diagnosed with it a few years ago.
