It does suck some, but being depressed is worse, and Anhedonia is worse than that. Big Highs and Lows can be taxing, but you can take comfort in your emotional belief that life matters and the world matters in both good and bad ways and you can ride that. I wish you the best, but there might be some way to look at this as a partial blessing. Yeah I get to see life for what it really is. It's like turning the light on and off. Bright side and dark side. I'm trying to control it better to be happy more consistently. Exactly.
