From voice acting job (not really part of the game but John Cygan was amazing; RIP), to the character, to GOALS... Solidus knocked it outta the park. And speaking of goals and agenda... of ALL the "big bads" in the MGS series, I feel the most aligned/agreeable to Solidus' goals (the free flow of information / Enron < Exon) the most.
