He really should start honestly tracking and planning his calories to make sure he's not sabotaging himself making his attempts at the gym useless. Even if he puts on a small amount of base muscle it won't bump up his TDEE enough to offset a bad diet. and this. he needs to drink only water. vitamin water, despite sounding healthy, is not actually healthy unless you get the zero calories one. otherwise it's pretty much the same as drinking soda. poweraid, gatorade, same thing. even some juices (apple juice) --- depressed again morning comes too fast and i'm tired of the routine ...
