| Eddv 08/15/17 5:02:56 PM #238: | To be fair Corrik is mostly right and the legal system if its working right will ultimately bear out extenuating circumstances (whether or not its working right is a different conversation worth having) For instance if Nazi Puncher came before a judge the judge might take that into account and give a lesser punishment - probation for instance vs someone who just cold cocks someone for no reason in a bar.
