They just reserve Sundays for families to go to church. If you work there and aren't religious... you get to spend more time with your family or just chill. It makes sense, really. European countries have more time off than we do and are more happy and productive for it. Maybe there's reasons Chic Fil A employees are the happiest with best customer service for a while now.
