Washington and Jefferson literally enslaved and murdered an entire race, and genocided the other. I don't care if they did some positives for the world, overall they're still two big despicable pieces of shit. That's the Bill Cosby comparison, and people should recognize that. Being an actor on TV (who's still alive today) isn't comparable to being a historical figure. Regardless of how bad either of them were.
