1) Yoshi's Island is terrible. It was designed for children up to age 8, MAX. That's just reality. If you like it, fine. But don't act like it's not an easy ass game that most people can't beat without dying more than 3 or 4 times.
2) Voice acting in JRPGs is shit. JRPG stories should be more comic or story book style...because that's what the main feature of them is...the story. Voice acting makes them try to be too much like a movie, and it's often terrible and full of cringe-worthy voices. Turning off the voice acting doesn't fix the problem because the story and dialogue were all written to be voice-acted in the first place, so it's not the same.
3) Piracy should be legal. If you don't want somebody to copy your shit, then it's on you to make it hard to do so. Control the means of distribution. Control your media. Nintendo has done it for decades.You shouldn't be able to have your cake and eat it too... which is essentially to use a cheap and widely distributed medium for maximum customer exposure and cheap production costs yet also not having to worry about the cons because the government will prosecute people who copy it.
4) People who take offense to Donald Trump's (and many other prominent politicians) comments and speeches, are doing so after he makes them and after people in the media scour every word he says to write an article or send out a tweet about why it's offensive. Essentially, people are offended at what politicians say because other people are telling them they should be.
5) Minimum wage and universal basic income do absolutely nothing positive to help poor people.
Are you joking? It's easier to pirate stuff on Nintendo consoles than on any of the other consoles. It's always easy.
