Back in CJayC's time, I heard this: The system kept track of what happened to your marks. If you get many marks No-Actioned, your Message Marking Accuracy went down, dropping your marks in priority in the queue. Eventually, if you were a shitty marker, your marks were probably dumped to the very bottom of the queue. Nothing else bad was happening to you, unless you committed violations yourself. Don't know how much of this is still true.
