It would appear that Cyborg actually addresses and denounces the Nazis, essentially calling people on both sides blind fools, and suggests that just because one group is worse doesn't make the other group less bad or even necessarily less damaging depending on the factors at play.
Whataboutism is, at it's core, used to dismiss criticism by using a form of red herring. If you acknowledge and, god forbid, AGREE with the criticism, your reply fails to meet the minimum requirements. If you don't, and instead try to point to an external party's faults to divert from the criticisms leveled towards you, you do. In this context, Cyborg would be criticizing both parties.

I constantly criticize both parties, but him, being in the SJW one, goes off the deep end with deflection or hyperbole because I'm not saying anything that agrees with his chosen narrative, and that both extreme groups are bad for their own reasons. His argument's logic amounts to "my illness is the worst, therefore everyone else is healthy" when in reality multiple people are capable of being unwell simultaneously and to varying degrees. I've put him on ignore though, because he doesn't care about facts or reason, just being obnoxious and difficult while existing in some fantasy land. ---
