For example, before he was a suspect he confessed to a jailhouse snitch which directly led to detectives finding stolen goods from the victim in his car. His girlfriend also testified against him. Just because he robbed the house doesn't mean he killed the woman. Either way there is enough evidence for at the very least the execution to be stayed.
