I tried to voice how shitty this place was but of course I was just the level 1 so my words didn't get far It's really shitty how bad these jobs can be, if I would've known my situation was this bad I would've left right after my one year. Some Baby boomers really are just assholes and act like just because they were treated like shit while working it's ok to treat people working like shit. They figure as long as the job gets done everything will be fine, it doesn't matter how happy/miserable your employees are I noticed a lot of younger managers are the complete opposite, definitely a generation thing. probably gonna aim for start ups now, fuck old fogeys --- RIP in peace Junpei 6/1/17 :( ...
