Technically, you will have gotten a job. There's also the possibility of just doing a one-time job. Like, if you hire someone to mow your lawn, that IS a job. He wouldn't even technically need to be paid in cash - if, say, someone offered to hire him to make a specific topic on PotD once a week, and paid him by gifting him games on Steam, that would also be a job.
