They are literally creating their own enemies. These groups didn't become this aggressive because Trump won an election, though it may have been a contributing factor to some, things were coming to a boil because of SJWs before he even won. You can't push and push and push and expect everyone to keep tolerating your bigotry. The neo-Nazis were always there but very much a marginalized, impotent group. Not so much anymore, as enough people have decided they'd rather join them than let BLM or Antifa burn everything to the ground. Prejudice will always create more of itself because that's how it works.

A bunch of people hated perceived social injustice or wanted to take out their "I'm ugly and can't deal" feelings on others and went crazy, forming the modern SJWs, then pre-existing hateful people on the opposite side of things are increasingly provoked by them and find new allies, and they both continue to escalate the situation and bolster their numbers as more people become either sympathetic or resentful to one of the sides and formulate a strong enough opinion to say "fuck it" and jump in.
