In some ways, Dany looks younger than Jon <_< Not at all. There are real life cases of aunts/uncles being same age or younger than the niece/nephew. Some parents could have had a kid in the early years and well later in their lives have another child. By around then the first kid(s) might also have their first child. Pretty much this. I knew kids who were aunts and uncles in early Elementary school.
