Yeah, if they said SPECIFICALLY when you basically kickstarted the game, "We are going to have cosmetic items you can grind for in the game. There will never be a paid aspect to this, all in game loot" then I can see being upset by this. IMO, all the loot boxes and cosmetic items are above and beyond what the game was meant to provide. So saying they are "cutting content and putting them into boxes" is 100% incorrect. They are creating new content that are part of the loot box culture.
