| legendarylemur 08/29/17 2:53:36 AM #48: | Yeah I'd have a hard time recommending Keijo, but it actually takes its material so seriously and is written like a classic exaggerative sports anime that it's almost worth watching. Not to mention when they keep talking about career ending injuries in the boobs and butt, it doesn't feel like fan service and instead like they're actual athletes whose livelihood depend largely on their body. It's not the worst sports anime is what I'm saying I guess :P Konosuba's comedic timings and various jokes do mostly work on people already familiar with the genre and the Japanese culture, though an anime fan friend of mine really really hates this show lmao. But I have also seen some people who don't watch much anime find it really funny. I attribute it to the excellent voice work honestly.
