Many women thing marriage is what solidifies a long term marriage, I don't expect you will change her mind about this. You have been living with her for 2 years so I actually recommend getting married as long as you trust her 100%. Also make it clear to her that while you will marry her, you don't plan to spend 10k on a wedding. It's going to be as cheap as possible and you are only going to get her a ring you can afford.
