I been there many times when it was known as The Summit and was home to the Houston Rockets and many concerts and other events, wrestling, rodeo, etc. If he's using those pics as an excuse to say that no one can stay in or use that building, lemme tell you something, that man is a liar. It could be of HUGE use or relief. Any old school Houstonian knows that they could easily open their fucking doors, even if for an emergency responder station.
