Anyway the Cardinals, an organization that for all I know could have a billion dollar valuation, have pledged to match Matt Carpenter's donations! They probably won't need to spend even $50k! And in other extremely weird and bad news on the same subject, did you guys see that the Rangers forced the Astros to give up a home series? Rangers@Astros is starting up and obviously they can't play in Houston so the Astros asked if they could play a home series in Arlington and then the Rangers could play a home series in Houston later and they said no. Now they're playing in Tampa Bay and all proceeds are going to the relief effort which is nice but damn how unneighborly can you be Rangers ... Copied to Clipboard! |
