The internet has let us know that a lot of things are useless, immoral, or straight up scams. Like the diamond industry and it's fake monopoly. Also homeownership is not always a good financial decision depending on which area you live in and your lifestyle. I live in LA county there's no way I would even consider homeownership in the state of California. I'm not spending millions for a 2000 sq foot box somewhere. --- Sunglasses and advil ...
