Trudeau Trump View Results Canada's economy is expanding at its FASTEST annualized rate in 6 years as the annualized rate of expansion is at 4.5%, the highest it's been since 2011. Economists were expecting it to be lower at 3.7% and in fact blew past expectations and grew MORE than the United States which grew only 3% These good news on the economy has further strengthened Justin Trudeau and the Liberals power as the public opinion polls still have Liberals strong at 42% while the Conservatives are at 35% and NDP at 19%.
