Read the article, this is definitely murder. You give those drugs and it basically leads to cardiac arrest in which case ur basically dead and need to be resuscitated. That is the definition of murder, premeditated killing of a human.
He induced his patients into a cardiac arrest specifically to revive them. Not to kill them. This is what I meant by "even if it manipulating the circumstances to force them into situations so that he can be the hero". This sounds more like gambling with people's lives as opposed to a murder where you're making actions strictly to kill.

I suppose I didn't think of the permanent effects of a cardiac arrest, even when revived. Good point.
