but you're being a hypocrite if you criticize others for not wanting to help but you yourself are unwilling to give up a majority portion of your own income to take care of and personally house these people for that cause

For assuming I wouldn't.

For attempting to make this about what I would do.

give up a majority portion of your own income to take care of and personally house these people

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_premise
Because kicking out 800,000 children does not do that. That's pretty hard to do considering they don't have access to welfare.

If you would like to explain other likely bogus ways the burden of proof is on you.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_equivalence
For making an illogical comparison.

Using "you should feel bad for them" as an argument is just the appeal to emotion logical fallacy.

https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/appeal-to-emotion

Manipulating an emotional response in place of a valid or compelling argument. We are discussing basic human compassion. Compassion is the topic, morality is the topic. You can use the same fallacy for explaining why there's no issue kicking my own children out of my house. And before you give me the false equivalence fallacy, that comparison was only meant to describe how bad your use of the Emotional fallacy is, not illegal immigrants.

If morality equals emotion then you are arguing that morality is irrelevant. If there is no fallacy, there is no emotional fallacy.
