Topic	Wouldn't the best way to "fix/deal with/cure/help/etc" transgenderism

Wouldn't it be far more beneficial to just work on eliminating gender roles in society aside from strictly assigning them for reproduction? Anyone who transitioned or is thinking of transitioning have an opinion?
