| averagejoel 09/05/17 7:31:14 PM #19: | when it comes to things like laugh tracks, Arrested Development is my cutoff: if a show that started before Arrested Development has a laugh track, it's acceptable. since Arrested Development, it's not I generally prefer what I call machine-gun comedy: a constant flow of punchlines right in a row. bam bam bam bam bam self-awareness is a big thing too. also, making fun of marginalized groups just makes the comedian seem extremely lazy and dated - like they're stuck in the 50s or something --- peanut butter and dick ...
