So they said "Yes", and the answers were "CAYMAN ISLANDS, BRITISH VIRGIN IS, BERMUDA"

So the real question is what is the truthfulness of the rest of the article

So they did, in fact, have off-shore bank accounts?

Meaning the article is, in fact, correct?

The statetements that the article makes regarding off-shore bank accounts is correct. The rest of the article, being the assertions made by the person/people in the article, and the conclusions the article is attempting to draw, are not known.

So no, you can't just go and say "the article is correct", because it is unknown if the entire article is in fact, correct.
