Well, to be fair, Zimmerman had been following him. The real issue is that the kid got to safety then decided to go out and attack Zimmerman. 'Being followed' isn't provocation. So if a stranger is stalking you it wouldn't be justified to punch them in the face? Right. That's called assault. Right. We should just stand there and let stalkers kidnap and rape us. My bad.
