There is no real correlation between breast size and milk production, and women with small and large breasts can both experience under-supply of milk (Or over-supply, for that matter). Larger nipples tend to creating a more common issue for latching, as if the nipple is too large it is harder for the newborn to latch onto a significant amount if the areola, where the milk is actually supplied from.
