Jigglypuff isn't anywhere near the same level as the top tier Pokemon like Pikachu or Blastoise. One thing I sort of wonder is how Tifa compares to Cloud and Sephiroth. Tifa never really seemed to suffer the effects of FF7's decline. In the past I think people would have sided with Vincent in Tifa vs Vincent but these days the match is probably pretty ugly for Vincent. --- This was not the best year for my bracket.
